Invite vendors from your list or share a private job link. This is not a public RFQ.

2. Compare bids
Each bid shows Verified or Failed/expired plus license class from the last daily TX SFMO check and COI expiry — shown daily at bid, not a live feed.

3. Hire and pay
Select a contractor and pay on the platform. FireMarket does not submit building ITM reports to SFMO.
For licensed contractors

1. Add license evidence
Add your TX SFMO/TDI license and certificate of insurance. Status is checked daily, not live.

2. Bid when invited
Bid on jobs you are invited to or opened with a private link.

3. Get paid
Complete the work and receive payout through the platform processor, subject to account status.
